Squatter Eviction - Eviction Attendance and Coordination Service

Some landlords prefer not to attend the eviction of squatters or trespassers personally, particularly where the circumstances may be tense or uncertain.

For this reason, The Landlord Group can attend the eviction on your behalf and liaise directly with the court bailiff or High Court Enforcement Officer to coordinate the enforcement of the possession order.

A member of our experienced team will attend the property at the time of the eviction, assist with the practical arrangements on site, and ensure that possession of the property or land is returned safely and efficiently.

Following the eviction, we will confirm that the property has been vacated and that vacant possession has been restored to the owner.

Where appropriate, we can also assist in ensuring that the property is properly secured immediately following the eviction to minimise the risk of unlawful re-entry.
